Austin Shelton was the plumbing technician who helped with a remodel in my home, and he was excellent from start to finish. He came out multiple times and was always professional, patient, and easy to work with.
He explained everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It got to the point where I fully trusted his judgment and knew the job would be done right.

Saw the Complete Plumbing & Drain truck parked in the street and ran next door to catch him before he left. It wasn't an emergency, but I just needed help replacing an external faucet. Jon B. was friendly and offered to take a look since he just finished at the neighbor's house. He told me what needed to be done and showed me the correct faucet needed from his truck. Obviously, I did not have the tools or know how to change it, so he said he could do it right away and I hired him. Completely professional, job was complete in about 10 minutes, he tested everything, I paid him, and he was on his way.
